With a sweeping view of the ocean as its backdrop, this modern organic condo serves as both a personal retreat and a gathering space for family and friends.
The full gut renovation reimagined the interiors, creating an airy and seamless flow throughout the home.
The owner’s suite, reconfigured for aging in place, now features an open layout that balances functionality with calm elegance. A hidden door to the laundry room, a recessed pantry with metal doors, and a walnut-clad ceiling in the kitchen offer subtle yet impactful touches of craftsmanship.
The inlay tile “rug” in the entryway and a built-in cabinet under the curved staircase add a custom feel, ensuring every detail is both beautiful and functional.
