Procurement Specialist

Lucia Buenrostro

Lucia oversees procurement at Casa Millie with grace, style and an ever-present smile. She is also an accomplished interior design professional with more than a decade of experience managing high-end residential and commercial design projects from concept through completion. Throughout her career, Lucia has successfully overseen all phases of design and project management, including client relations, budgeting, construction administration, procurement, and installation. She has worked closely with designers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure that each space reflects both the client’s vision and the highest standards of design excellence.

Lucia is equally skilled in creative development and logistical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. Lucia holds an Associate of Applied Science in Interior Design from Arapahoe Community College.

Assistant Designer

Arlena Rinella

Arlena has a strong foundation in fine arts, working across multiple mediums including acrylic and watercolor paints, charcoal, pen, and marker. Building on this background, she went on to study sustainable interior design at Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design, where her studies led to a passion for designing spaces with heirloom-quality furniture, thoughtful pattern mixing, and rich texture through the use of natural elements.

Having lived in three different countries, Arlena brings a design deeply shaped by global experiences, with a style influenced by her travels throughout Europe, Asia & the United States. These experiences inform her layered, thoughtful approach to interiors—balancing aesthetics, sustainability, and livability.

Known for her great sense of humor and collaborative spirit, she brings both creativity and warmth to every project. Outside the studio, she enjoys getting lost in suspense and mystery novels, seeks out vacation destinations wherever there’s a body of water, and can often be found savoring a well-made latte or unwinding with a glass of red wine while listening to French Café music.

Marketing & Studio Operations

Niki Zoli

Niki oversees Marketing and Studio Operations for Casa Millie. With a background leading community engagement and corporate responsibility efforts for global brands including Marriott International, Lidl US, Whole Foods Market, and Discovery Channel, she brings an additional layer of corporate and community experience to our studio setting.  

Niki’s values of collaboration, innovation and thoughtful communication shine through every day in her work and interactions at Casa Millie. She also brings her strong sense of project management, creativity, and storytelling to help ensure all players stay on track, informed and inspired.

She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin’s journalism program, and has a Masters in Public Communications from American University.
